Upgrade the front end of your classic Z50 with this complete TBparts front fork kit, engineered for improved handling, durability, and a modern look. Inspired by KLX110-style forks, this kit delivers a serious suspension upgrade while maintaining compatibility with your vintage ride.

Includes everything shown:

• Heavy-duty KLX110-style forks with reinforced springs

• CNC billet triple clamps & bar risers

• Extended front axle

• Front brake cable & bracket

• Billet hub stop

• 4 M12 washers for proper spacing with stock hub

• Adjustable ride height: +5” lift (adjustable down to +3”)

• Designed to fit all 1972–1999 Z50 models

• Compatible with OEM hub and spacers

• Perfect pairing with TBparts +3″ extended swingarm and 330mm rear shocks (also works with +1.5″ swingarm and 280mm shocks)

Use TBW0768 throttle cable if retaining the OEM carburetor (not included).
