TBparts 143cc big bore kit for all Kawasaki KLX110s & Z125. High quality parts and requires no machining to the cases or other modifications – bolt on and go! This kit includes all the necessary top end gaskets with new dowel pins.
TBparts 60mm 143cc Big Bore Kit: An all aluminum ceramic coated 60mm cylinder. No case boring required, bolt on! This cylinder is lighter than a steel sleeved aluminum cylinder, reduces friction (increasing power), improves sealing, and provides better heat transfer (runs and cools down quicker). Paired with our Lightweight, 60mm high compression lightweight piston (7mm larger than the stock 53mm piston) and you have a great base for big power gains of over 50%. Comes with rings, pin, & clips (will safely run on pump gas, 90-93 octane). Top end gaskets are also included.

This kit does not require boring of the case – simply bolt on and go! There are no installation instructions, but if you can replace your piston, you can install this kit. If you don’t have any experience working on your engine, we highly recommend having a professional technician install this kit or, at a minimum, purchasing the shop manual for your bike available from your local Kawasaki dealer. KLX110s Jetting – A good base tune is: Pilot jet #40 or #42 and main jet #85 or #90. With an aftermarket performance exhaust Pilot jet #42 and main jet #90, #92 or #95. Pilot jet kit – TBW1458 Main jet kit – TBW0294 & TBW1584
Kawasaki Z125s Tuning – We do not sell fuel controllers/tuners and do not have tuning advice or files on hand. An aftermarket fuel controller of some kind will be needed to ensure you do not run lean. Additionally with a good tune, good fuel, and under reasonable riding conditions we have seen 8000+ miles out of these kits.
