We corrected the problems associated with the 07 and older OEM output shafts with our own heavy duty version. If you are upgrading or rebuilding your 07 and older engine, its highly recommended you replace your OEM output shaft as they are well known for failing. Ours also works on the 2008 and up models as well but is only needed as a replacement or if some extra strength is desired for a built up big bore engine.
