Honda Z50

The Honda Z series is a range of minibikes produced by the company that started in the year 1964 and came to an end as recently as 2017. The Z series included minibikes such as the Z50A, Z50J, Z50M, Z50R, and ZB50. Some of its many features included a detachable front fork, small wheels, and fold down handlebars which made it an instant hit

Problems with your z50?

Some of the problems observed with the Z series included worn-out spark plugs which hindered the smooth starting of the engine. Some people also complain of the non-functional stator.

Our reproduction stator assembly kit can be a great solution to the problem. It entails a complete kit to put your stator back to work. As the Z series has been in the market for more than 50 years, the frame of the bike might be in a state of dilapidation. You could give your old Z50 a fresh and brand new look, all thanks to the AFT aluminum rim set. We also offer replacement carbs, shocks, tanks and our brand new front fender as well. Many parts to choose from so head on over to the Z50 section and check it out.

Honda CT70

Honda reinvigorated the “Monkey” concept which led to the development of the “DAX Honda” in 1969. Built on the same lines as the Z50, the DAX offered a 72cc engine. The same DAX Honda was sold under the name “Trail 70” or CT70 in the US market from 1969. It was offered in two configurations: on-road and off-road.

People have often complained of the Trail 70 stopping in between rides and behaving intermittently. This could be traced to an old or burnt ignition coil. The “AFT Ignition Coil – K0-81 Models” can solve problems related to the starting of the Trail and improve bike performance. Check out our shop where we offer many replacement parts that fix issues related to the CT70.

Problems with night riding?

Riding the Trail during or beyond dusk could be challenging, especially if your headlights have gone dim with the incursion of time. The TB Headlight and bucket kit comes in various colors such as Candy Emerald Green, Ruby Red, or Candy Gold. A new set of lights could just be the novelty you have been looking for.

Honda XR75

The launch of XR75 in 1973 was a major breakthrough in the history of dirt bikes in the US. It outpowered its competitors and became a revelation in the industry. It was the most sought after model in its times.

Many people find their childhood XR75 lying in their barn or garage in a decrepit condition and crave to ride this masterpiece once again. Well, some valve job and cleaning the bike must be a good enough start. The tire cables might require a replacement.

Some people also find the need for restoring the seat. You can always replace a faulty spark plug and ignition coil to enhance the engine performance. You could also choose to get rid of the old and grimy fender and instead install a brand new one.

Honda ATC70

Honda produced its own version of the all-terrain vehicle, the Honda ATC70 in 1973-74 and again in 1978-85. It had a 4 stroke, 72cc engine and was popular among both kids and adults. The engine size and vehicle weight played an important role in its success as people found it quite manageable as compared to their counterparts.

Restored versions of the ATC70 are considered highly collectible in the current market. All you need is a rebuild kit to work around your old ATC. As is the case with most old dirt bikes, the engine might cause a few problems.

You can always consider replacing some vital parts such as the spark cable, the ignition coil, or the air filter. A new paint job might just give your ATC a more enticing look.
