TB Forks, HD Springs w/ Gold TiN-Coated Uppers, & 250# DNM Shock Kit – CRF110

TBparts Gold TiN–coated fork assembly set with HD springs paired with a 250lb DNM rear shock. This suspension combo delivers a serious performance boost for your CRF110’s suspension and is priced together for the best value possible.

TB Fork Assembly Set, HD Springs & Gold TiN-Coated Uppers – CRF110

Now available with gold Titanium Nitride (TiN)–coated uppers! These forks feature adult-weighted HD springs, making them far better suited for adult MX riders compared to the very soft OEM springs designed for kids trail riding.

These forks pair perfectly with our 250–350lb+ DNM rear shocks. The damping rods are ported to match the heavier springs, providing improved damping and rebound control to keep the front end stable instead of feeling like a bouncy “pogo stick.” The damping rods are also lengthened, giving the forks additional travel.

For added durability, we integrated an OEM-style internal bushing/guide inside the fork bottom, increasing strength over the original CRF110 forks. Altogether, you can’t beat the out-of-the-box performance and value this complete fork set offers.

Fork Key Features

• HD springs better suited for adult riders
(Designed to work with 250–350lb rear DNM shocks)

• Improved damping rod for better damping and rebound control

• Strengthened design with additional internal bushings

• Gloss black fork bottoms with TB logo cast in

• Extended +40mm length and travel (over 1.5”)

Why Gold Titanium Nitride (TiN)–Coated Uppers?

Titanium nitride coating doesn’t just enhance appearance—it provides real performance benefits. TiN is approximately twice as hard as traditional chrome on the Vickers hardness scale, greatly improving wear and scratch resistance while extending fork life.

The coating also offers increased lubricity, allowing the uppers to glide more smoothly through the fork seals and bushings for more consistent, smooth suspension action.

Advantages of Titanium Nitride Coating

• Increased hardness: 2400–2600 Hv
  (Chrome: ~940–1210 Hv)

• Increased lubricity / low coefficient of friction

• Wear and temperature resistant

• Corrosion resistant

• High-quality, long-lasting finish

• Extends life, improves performance, and enhances appearance

• Applied using Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) process

DNM Rear Shock – 250lb Spring (290mm)

Improve ride quality and handling with this high-quality DNM MK-AR series rear shock. DNM has been a leader in suspension technology for over 40 years, supplying OEM and aftermarket components focused on performance and value.

Unlike other similar DNM shocks for the CRF110, these are made to our specifications, so no grinding or frame modification is required to fit 2019+ CRF110 models. Simply bolt it on and ride.

DNM Shock Features

• 250lb spring rate – ideal for lighter adult riders and aggressive youth riders

• Preload and rebound adjustments

• Nitrogen-charged oil damping

• Hard-chromed 14mm steel damper shaft

• High-quality surface finish

• 290mm eye-to-eye length

Installation Notes

• Forks ship with 15wt fork oil
For best results, drain and refill with 5.5oz of quality 20wt fork oil

• Replacement fork seals are the same as OEM: TBW1598

• Fork emulators for OEM CRF110 forks do not fit TB forks
(They also reduce travel, require tuning, and add unnecessary cost)

Disclaimer

These forks have undergone extensive racing and jumping testing. They are designed similarly to OEM hydraulic telescopic forks with the upgrades listed above. Like OEM forks, they can still bend if over-jumped or flat-landed.

For best performance and long service life:

• Avoid flat landing jumps

• Do not jump ramps larger than what factory-style forks are designed to withstand

Considering inverted fork conversions cost three times as much, this bolt-on suspension kit offers unbeatable value for the CRF110.
