TBparts 212cc big bore kit and a new 4 valve Daytona 190 Cylinder Head. Our piston is made to the highest standards and specifications possible – to be the best option available. We also added a Factory new Daytona 190 4 valve head for the best price possible. This kit does not require boring of the case.

Key features:

There are no installation instructions, but if you can replace your piston, you can install this kit. If you don’t have any experience working on your engine, we highly recommend having a professional technician install this kit or, at a minimum, purchasing the shop manual for your bike. We also have a link on our website in the INFO section under Honda where you can find additional info. The parts are installed in the same manner as the OEM parts.

This kit fixes week link in these engines with far superior quality parts. We have taken new out of the box engines apart to inspect the valve to valve guide guide clearances to find them at the limits again new out of the box. Once installed our kit ensures your valves will be in spec reducing the odds of engine failure while adding more power with oversized intake valves.

Notes: 

• This kit should be installed by a professional mechanic or shop that offers valve job service as the valve seats must be cut to accept the larger valve head diameters and valves sunk deeper to allow for overlap clearances.
