TBparts 143cc big bore stage 2 cam kit for 2010-2016 Kawasaki KLX110. TBparts proven 143cc big bore kit combined with our new stage 2 cam for one of the best power combinations possible! These parts work flawlessly together to deliver a professional level of power. Our cylinder is ceramic coated and all aluminum. Our 60mm 143cc piston is made for the stock cylinder head and 91+ octane pump fuel. When combined with our stage 2 kit you get as much power as possible without noticing any low end power loss. The new cam has more lift and faster ramp speeds to open the valves quicker, the combination lets more air and fuel in to make more power! Not to mention the installed/included brand new NTN bearings for a high quality perfect fit.

Non Decompression – This cam kit does not reuse the OEM decompression gear.

This kit does not require boring of the case – simply bolt on and go! There are no installation instructions, but if you can replace your piston, you can install this kit. If you don’t have any experience working on your engine, we highly recommend having a professional technician install this kit or, at a minimum, purchasing the shop manual for your bike available from your local Kawasaki dealer.
