TBparts 170cc big bore, cam, & 24mm Nibbi carb kit. This bore kit combo will make your KLX140 a lot more fun to ride by adding some much needed power! Our cam opens the valves up faster and provides more lift to let even more air and fuel in for even more power! Great for playbike racing and idles low enough to use on the trails too!
TBparts PE24 carb kit for Kawasaki KLX140. CNC billet aluminum intake manifold, hard anodized black with the TBparts logo. Port matched for the stock head and made for use with the PE24 carb. The bike will pick up power everywhere! This manifold kit does not reuse the stock airbox/tube. Ideal for KLX140s equipped with a big bore kit!
Nibbi PE26 Carburetor. Nibbi helped perfect the simple design of the PE24! Starting with looks, they come hard anodized black. This helps with corrosion resistance, wear resistance, insulation, heat resistance and hardness/strength of the carburetor. The air passage starts out anodized then transitions into a smooth polished finished for optimal power and smooth consistent power. The lightweight hardware is also anodized. Another huge benefit is the splash guard. It keeps the engine operating smooth under bumpy riding. Making them an AMAZING value overall!

Note: 2025+ KLX140s – require case boring to fit. Our cylinder skirt is 65.95mm 2025+ cases are only 65.4mm wide.
There are no installation instructions, but if you can replace your piston, you can install this kit. If you don’t have any experience working on your engine, we highly recommend having a professional technician install this kit or, at a minimum, purchasing the shop manual for your bike available from your local Kawasaki dealer. The parts are installed in the same manner as the OEM parts.
Jetting – Base tune Pilot jet #38 , Main Jet #118. Make sure the air fuel screw is 1.5 turns out from bottom before you start tuning.
Installation Notes-
- New Choke lever position is much harder to reach compared to OEM, New Fuel Line not included
- KLX140 camshaft bolts are reverse threaded, turn them right/clockwise to loosen/remove. Torque to 87 INCH-LBS & Use red thread lock
