TBparts V2-1 Forged, 155cc Big Bore Stroker Kit, Nibbi PE28 – KLX110

TBparts V2 Race Head: Starting with the addition of forged aluminum roller rocker arms and our V2-1 camshaft. Not only do the aluminum roller rockers free up big horsepower, but you can also run much more aggressive cam profiles with roller rockers for even more power. Next is the bigger valves 30mm intake and 24.5mm Exhaust. The intake and exhaust ports are equally as improved at 27/23mm. Both valves are stainless steel too (21-4N material). The valves also come installed, complete with high lift heavy duty valve springs.
TBparts 60mm 143cc Big Bore Kit: An all aluminum ceramic coated cylinder. No case boring required, bolt on! This cylinder is lighter than a steel sleeved aluminum cylinder, reduces friction (increasing power), improves sealing, and provides better heat transfer (runs and cools down quicker). Forged, high compression 12.09:1 (when combined with the V2 Head and crank in this kit) domed 60mm piston comes with rings, pin, & clips (will safely run on pump gas, 90-93 octane). Top end gaskets are also included.
Nibbi PE28 with TBparts manifold/carb kit: Nibbi stepped up the PE28 carb game! Starting with looks, they come hard anodized black. This helps with corrosion resistance, wear resistance, insulation, heat resistance and hardness/strength of the carburetor. The lightweight hardware is also anodized. For performance the entire air passage from the intake bell to spigot is polished, you feel the difference! Another huge benefit is the splash guard. It keeps the engine operating smooth under bumpy riding. Making them an AMAZING value overall! Paired with our larger intake manifold for the V2 race head. This will give you some of the best throttle response and consistent reliable power on the market! We also include a low profile air filter and extended throttle cable for the KLX110.
55mm Stroker Crankshaft Kit: There is no replacement for displacement! Increase your displacement, torque, and power by replacing your stock crankshaft with this one. The kit also includes a new cam sprocket and DID Cam Chain. No modifications are needed. All necessary gaskets included.
Case splitting required: If you don’t have experience working on your engine, we highly recommend having a professional technician install this kit or, at a minimum, purchasing the shop manual for your bike available from your local Kawasaki or Suzuki dealer. Installing a crankshaft requires delicate technique.
Note 1 – If you have an 07 or older model with the original OEM Output Shaft we highly recommend also purchasing our strengthened Output Shaft available in this section. The 02 thru 07 Output Shafts were very weak and would often snap. They have a oil hole drilled straight through the shaft at the opposite end of the sprocket, so best to update while you have the engine apart.
Note 2 – We also recommend our heavy duty clutch plate kit TBW1035, for best results convert to full manual.
Tuning Required
Note: Make sure the air fuel screw is 1.5 turns out from bottom before you start tuning.
There are no installation instructions, but if you can replace your piston, you can install this kit. If you don’t have any experience working on your engine, we highly recommend having a professional technician install this kit or, at a minimum, purchasing the shop manual for your bike available from your local Kawasaki or Suzuki dealer.
