Shipping Info:

We know this is a very important issue to our customers and we will make every effort to assure your purchase is shipped to you in a timely manner. All packages will be shipped either via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority or First Class (Shipping method depends on the size, weight, and location of the order). General Information about our shipping procedures:

  • We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
  • All orders $75.00 and over include FREE shipping within the continental USA only.  Under $75.00, the shipping is a flat rate of $9.99 in the continental USA. All order to Alaska and Hawaii receive a flat charge of $27.99
  • Please allow 2 business days to process and prepare your package. However, orders often go out the same day or next day depending on time placed.
  • As long as you do not have spam blockers activated, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

We stock all items listed in our Catalog and do not use drop ship from other vendors to fulfill orders. On occasion, an item will run out of stock prior to the webmaster updating the website with a note mentioning the item is out of stock. Should this situation arise on an order, we will notify you of the approximate date we expect the part to be back in stock and you will have the option to go ahead with the order or cancel it for a full refund.

International Orders:

Sorry, but we do not ship internationally as we have numerous dealers overseas. If you are not in the US, please email us for the closest dealer to you.

Returns:

Every effort is made to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. If a fulfillment mistake is made on our part, we will correct the error by covering return shipping costs and either shipping the correct part or issuing a refund for the item in question. All other returns must meet the requirements outlined below.

All returns must be initiated within 45 days of the original purchase date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Return Requirements

  • A receipt or detailed order information is required for all returns.
  • Parts must be in new, unused, and resellable condition.
  • Items must not be installed, scratched, scarred, or modified in any way.
  • Kits must be complete with no missing components.
  • Items returned without original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We list the specific model compatibility for every part we sell. If your model is not listed, do not assume compatibility. If you have any questions about fitment or application, please contact us prior to placing your order.

How to Return an Item

All returns must include your TBParts order number clearly noted inside the package. Ship returns to:

Once tracking shows the return has been delivered, please email us for a status update. This helps us process your return as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued via PayPal or company check within approximately two weeks of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping costs are non refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
