TBparts Fork Assembly Set for the KLX110L. Our replacement fork set is a bargain considering OEM replacements cost over $600 for a set! These forks also feature several key upgrades over the factory units, making them far better suited for your MX mini.

Starting with appearance, the forks feature gloss black lowers with the TB logo cast in. Performance-wise, they include heavier weighted springs better suited for adult riders. The damping rods are ported to match the heavier springs, improving damping and rebound control to keep the front end from becoming a bouncy “pogo stick.” The damping rods are also lengthened, giving the forks an additional +10mm of travel.

Finally, we integrated an OEM-style bushing/guide inside the fork bottom for added strength—an upgrade not found in the original Kawasaki KLX110L forks. Altogether, this fork set offers excellent out-of-the-box performance and value.
