TB Handlebar Kit, Black – All KLX110 L Models

For taller kids and adults riding the KLX110, the first part needed for more comfort and a better riding position, is taller and wider bars. Our handlebar kit includes the following:

• High quality aluminum handlebars that are taller and wider and include the bar pad
• Extended throttle cable (for the OEM stock carb)
• Extended Clutch Cable
• Extended brake cable
• Shorty brake lever set, black
• Waffle grip set, black

These are the same bars we have been supplying and using at the Nitro Circus/Pastrana Pitbike races the last couple years.  We now have this complete new kit for the KLX110’s.

NOTE:  If you are running a VM26 carb, we have our TBW0321 throttle cable available in this section that works with it and the OEM throttle.  The OEM throttle is good as is so we didn’t include one in this kit but if you need a new throttle, we will have one with an extended throttle cable for the OEM carb in November or December 2021.

Installation note – Our throttle cable does not reuse the OEM clip on top of the carb cap that locks the cable in. Simply install the cable without the clip and place the rubber boot over the carb top. KLX110s are one of the only setups we have seen with that clip so we did not reuse this OEM feature in order to cut costs down on a basic throttle cable.
