Adding 2 inches of wheelbase, this swingarm improves straight-line stability, increases rear tire traction, and creates the aggressive stance riders want from a performance-oriented KLX110 build. Whether you’re pushing your KLX110 to its limits or simply looking for a stronger, better-performing setup, this swingarm was engineered to exceed expectations.

The TBparts swingarm is precision pegged and indexed before welding, ensuring proper alignment throughout the manufacturing process while maximizing structural integrity. This process creates a stronger, more durable swingarm that is built to handle years of hard riding.

The TBparts +2″ Swingarm includes a comprehensive installation package featuring a new axle bolt, axle blocks with adjuster bolts, swingarm pivot bolt, shock bolt, shock blocks, chain guard plate, and installation tool—helping get your bike back on the trail or track faster with everything needed for installation right in the box.

Note: Each swingarm includes two sets of pivot bushings. The bushings pre-installed in the swingarm are perfectly acceptable to use. The additional bushings included in the hardware bag are machined for a tighter fit if preferred.

Please note: Due to the extended +2″ wheelbase, a longer chain is required for installation. TBparts offers two extended-length chain options to complete your setup:

For the ultimate drivetrain upgrade, we also recommend installing one of our TBparts Billet CNC Rear Sprockets along with a TBparts Steel Front Sprocket while installing your new swingarm.
