Why Stock Suspension Fails Adult Pit Bike Riders
Factory suspension on the Honda CRF110F, Kawasaki KLX110, KLX140, and Yamaha TTR110 is engineered for riders under 120 lbs — children and lighter teens on gentle terrain. For adult riders, the problems show up immediately.

The Honda CRF110F is TBparts' top-selling suspension platform. Our fork assemblies are built with ported damping rods, OEM-style internal bushings for added strength, and +40mm of additional travel over stock — delivering real front-end control for adult riders. Every DNM rear shock is manufactured to TBparts specifications and fits all CRF110F model years without frame modification.

Our fork assemblies add +10mm of travel over stock, feature ported damping rods, and include an integrated OEM-style bushing that the stock KLX110L forks lack. Every rear shock is DNM's MK-AR series with adjustable rebound.
