TBparts Fork Assembly Set – CRF110

Our TBparts fork assembly set is designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade for the CRF110, offering improved strength, increased travel, and spring rates better suited for adult riders.

Starting with appearance, these forks feature gloss black lowers with the TB logo cast in, giving your bike a factory race look. Performance-wise, they are +40mm (over 1.5”) longer than stock, with matching increased internal travel thanks to a lengthened damping rod.

Inside, the forks use heavy-duty springs properly weighted for adult riders who jump and ride aggressively. The damping rods are ported to match the HD springs, preventing the overly fast rebound and “pogo stick” feel common with stock forks.

Fork Installation Notes

Forks ship with 15wt fork oil
(Optional: drain and refill with 4.5–5oz of your preferred fork oil)
Replacement fork seals are the same as OEM: TBW1598
Fork emulators for OEM CRF110 forks do not fit TBparts forks
(They also reduce travel, require tuning, and add unnecessary cost)

DNM Rear Shock – 340lb Spring (290mm)

Improve rear suspension performance and handling with this DNM MK-AR series rear shock, built to TBparts specifications for proper fitment on CRF110 models.

Unlike other DNM shocks on the market, these do NOT require frame grinding or modification to fit 2019+ CRF110 models. Simply bolt it on and ride.

The 340lb spring rate is ideal for adult riders who ride aggressively, jump, or race mini MX tracks.
