TBparts 155cc Big Bore Kit & Stg 3 Race Head V2 for all Kawasaki KLX110s. Includes our Race Head V2 & Stage 3 camshaft perfect for 155cc big bore stroker kits. While this head may appear to be the same on the outside internally it’s has numerous differences. First our V2 race head includes forged aluminum roller rocker arms and a new roller camshaft. Followed by bigger valves and ports. The exhaust valve (like the intake valve) is now stainless steel too (21-4N material). This all adds up to a cylinder head that puts out a professional level of performance yet is still affordable.
The kit also includes an all aluminum ceramic coated cylinder. This cylinder is lighter than a steel sleeved aluminum cylinder, reduces friction (increasing power), improves sealing, and provides better heat transfer (runs and cools down quicker). Now paired with our 60mm dome matched high compression forged piston for ultimate performance and quality. Next is our 55mm stroker crank making this kit 155cc! Top it off with our complete gasket/seal kit for an unbeatable value! These are high quality parts and require no machining to the cases. You will need to split the engine cases to install the new stroker crank.

55mm Stroker Crankshaft Kit: There is no replacement for displacement! Increase your displacement, torque, and power by replacing your stock crankshaft with this one. The kit also includes a new cam sprocket and DID Cam Chain. No modifications are needed. All necessary gaskets included.
Case splitting required: If you don’t have experience working on your engine, we highly recommend having a professional technician install this kit or, at a minimum, purchasing the shop manual for your bike available from your local Kawasaki or Suzuki dealer. Installing a crankshaft requires delicate technique and special tools such as a case splitter and crank puller/installer
Note 1 – If you have an 07 or older model with the original OEM Output Shaft we highly recommend also purchasing our strengthened Output Shaft available in this section. The 02 thru 07 Output Shafts were very weak and would often snap. They have a oil hole drilled straight through the shaft at the opposite end of the sprocket, so best to update while you have the engine apart.
Note 2 – We also recommend our heavy duty clutch plate kit TBW1035, for best results convert to full manual.
